Future Events:

Due to Covid-19 pandemic that has paralyzed learning in the country and beyond we have been forced to re-schedule some activities including graduation that would have happened in the second term. If the situation improves we will notify you of any changes or planned events meanwhile we have January 2021 intake interviews and application scheduled for the month of December. In order to apply just visit/click the course you are interested in and look for the application link at the bottom of that page. National examinations too will be going on in some courses while other exams will be done early next year as scheduled by the Kenya national examination council (KNEC).

Open day 2020

We had an open day on 7th February 2020 at our headquarter in Githurai-Kimbo. This event brought together all our students, teachers, non teaching staff and our partners. We had mass in the beginning as a gesture of inviting Christ presence and accompaniment throughout the term and the year. This gesture is a tradition that has seen the school grow from strength to strength. The school director introduced all the staff and reinforced on the need for good cooperation between students and staff. The students were welcomed and reminded on what the school method of education is.  Our partners were delighted and stressed on the importance of this day and event as a foundation for total education.


We held our 25th ANNIVERSAY that was celebrated on 25t October 2019 in our Githurai-Kimbo Headquarter. It was a very colourful event that brought together guests, staff, parents and students to share on what has been happening in the educative journey.  some of the insights of these occasion was the witness of some former students who are now working in the various sectors. We listened to some partners who have benefited and realized the purpose and role of Dual Training to the company, student and school.

Open Day

It is a day when we suspend learning and invite all and sundry (current and former students, parents, friends) to experience what happens in our  workshops and classes. Usually we start with a mas and then proceed to various departments. We were all privileged to hear from a few former students what they have achieved after completing studies at St. Kizito Vocational Training Institute. Some past activities in a gallery format are shown bellow;

This year (2017) Open Day was on Friday 3rd February 2017. Various Departments were Showcasing different learning activities that happens in the workshops. We thank you for joining us in starting the year together.




St. Kizito held its first Graduation ceremony on May 2016 and saw over thirty five graduates take part, the event was witnessed by their friends, parents, staff and invited guests. Bellow are some of the graduation activities in a gallery format;

Our CBET 2 instrumentation and control students had the opportunity of visiting Nairobi bottlers for their educational trip.. #dualtraining #automation.
